One app, two solutions
Both solutions work in the same app, with the same vehicles and drivers. Route optimisation includes everything in Fleet.
Solution 1
Every vehicle on one weekly schedule. Colleagues book themselves, and double bookings are impossible.
The travel order (potni nalog) is created from the booking, with kilometres and project. Reports are ready for accounting.
Solution 2
Import the orders, pick the vehicles and click Calculate. The optimiser takes into account everything your dispatcher keeps in their head.
For every vehicle: stop order, arrival times, kilometres and cost. Print the route as a PDF or let the driver open it in Google Maps on the phone.
The dashboard shows vehicles with expired documents and those whose documents expire soon.

Why OptiRoute
To be honest
We’d rather tell you now than surprise you after you sign.
OptiRoute plans before the trip; it doesn’t track during it. If you already have GPS, keep it: each system does its own job.
Drivers get the route as a PDF or open it in Google Maps. No new account or app needed.
Automatic arrival-time messages for your customers aren’t available yet. You see the arrival time and can pass it on.

No. OptiRoute runs in the browser, on a computer or phone. If you already have a GPS provider, keep it.

Import vehicles, drivers, customers and projects from Excel or CSV. At the start, we convert the orders from your ERP for you. There is also a REST API.
On servers in the EU. Route calculation runs on our own servers, without paid external map services. The data stays yours and you can export it at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
The travel order contains the driver, vehicle, route, time and kilometres from the booking. Check it with your accountant; if you need an extra field, tell us.
The monthly plan has no lock-in and can be cancelled at the end of any month. With an annual contract you pay 11 months for 12.
Yes. Create a free demo account in the app yourself, with 1 vehicle with route optimisation and 1 route plan. For more slots, send a request from Profile → Subscription & billing and we’ll get in touch. For a serious trial on your own data we also run a 30-day guided pilot.
Add slots yourself at any time in Profile → Subscription & billing; the sliders show the price, and new slots are billed from the next month. Decreases go through support once a slot has been billed for at least one full month (on an annual contract, at renewal). You can move route optimisation to another vehicle at any time.
